Celonis Powers the Future of Enterprise AI with AgentC, Orchestration Engine and New Process Intelligence Solutions

Celonis unveils new AI and orchestration capabilities at Next 2025 to automate business processes with intelligence and drive greater ROI.
Celonis has unveiled at its Next 2025 event its latest innovations in Process Intelligence (PI) and artificial intelligence (AI), aimed at maximising the return on investment (ROI) for enterprises in adopting AI. Among the most notable announcements were the evolution of AgentC, the integration of the new Orchestration Engine and the launch of its Solution Suites, which combine technology and applied expertise for key departments in organisations.
AI that understands the business
Celonis reinforces its commitment to combining AI with a deep understanding of business processes. ‘AI is useful for basic tasks, but to deliver real value, you need process intelligence that tells you what to do, when and how,’ explained Alex Rinke, co-founder and co-CEO of the company.
Celonis’ platform focuses on providing that intelligence through the Process Intelligence Graph (PI Graph), a digital twin of operational processes that integrates data and business context. With AgentC, Celonis feeds AI agents with this process intelligence, enabling platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock or Salesforce Agentforce to make more effective decisions.
Intelligent orchestration of processes
Another major innovation is the acquisition and integration of Orchestration Engine, a solution that allows monitoring, connecting and coordinating distributed tasks across multiple systems, bots, automations and users. This tool provides organisations with a single orchestration layer based on real-time PI, enabling more agile and adaptive decision-making.
Out-of-the-box solutions with PI + AI
Celonis also launched its new Solution Suites, solution packages designed to facilitate the deployment of PI and AI in key areas such as supply chain, finance, sustainability and front office. These solutions include connectors, pre-defined data, AI capabilities and pre-built applications ready to deploy.
Platform Innovations
The company has enhanced its platform with new capabilities such as:
- Process Copilots: available in Slack and Teams, they allow you to query processes and receive instant responses.
- Annotation Builder: generates AI recommendations directly on dashboards.
- Integration with Microsoft Fabric and new features in Process Intelligence Graph and Process Management.
- A new contextual PQL editor and an event log builder for dynamic analysis.
These enhancements aim to accelerate time to value and simplify AI adoption across the organisation. With these updates, Celonis strengthens its position as a leader in process mining and demonstrates how AI, when powered by process intelligence, can profoundly transform business operations. The new tools are available now and can be explored at the company’s upcoming events, including Celosphere 2025 in Munich.
