Devoteam has opened the doors of its new offices in Madrid to present the third edition of its ‘TechRadar’ report with the aim of exploring the disruptive innovations that are reshaping the business landscape.

Devoteam Project

As a starting point, Tomás López, CEO of Devoteam Spain, shared the company’s achievements and its strategic vision for the future. Devoteam is a project with more than 25 years of history in the technology market, stands as a benchmark in digital transformation, standing out for its people-centered approach and its deep commitment to professional excellence.

With a presence in 20 countries, mainly in Europe, and a team of more than 10,000 experts, Devoteam stands out for its high level of specialization and certification, which enables it to offer cutting-edge solutions to its clients. In the words of Lopez: “We put people at the center because what we really think is that technology is mature, it is the lever for change in people and we hope that they really know it”.

One of the keys to Devoteam’s success lies in its Infinit strategy, which offers professionals a universe of development opportunities. Working with a selective focus on key technologies and collaborating closely with its strategic partners, the company excels in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, integration and automation.

2023 Results

Devoteam took the opportunity to announce results for year-end 2023, with a significant increase in its turnover in Spain. Jorge Molina, deputy CEO Devoteam has revealed that the Iberian country experienced a 24% growth compared to the previous year, reaching more than 110 billion euros in turnover.

This exceptional performance places Spain in a prominent position within the group, with considerable specific weight. According to Molina, Spain is positioned among the top three geographies in terms of revenue and profitability, underlining its strategic importance for Devoteam.

In addition, the company spokesperson shared the group’s overall results, which amounted to €1.13 billion in turnover, representing a growth of 9%. This solid growth supports Devoteam’s ambition to reach the impressive target of €1.5 billion in turnover by 2025, set by the company globally.

AI as a global trend

Alejandro Rubio, deputy general manager and head of Devoteam’s Technology and SME Solutions Unit, said of Artificial Intelligence: “It has flooded everything so quickly because it was already with us”. Rubio highlighted the speed of adoption of AI compared to other technologies as a key aspect of the paradigm shift it represents, since before “it seemed” that we worked for technology, and now it is technology that works for us. Rubio also took the liberty of using Spiderman’s motto: “With great power comes great responsibility”, to explain the use of AI as a global trend: “We have to start learning to use it well, to have it under control first”.
