The 3rd edition of the RHInnova awards highlighted the importance of innovation and digital transformation in the field of human resources.

In their third edition, these awards have honoured companies and professionals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to digital transformation and the improvement of talent management processes.

The RHInnova awards ceremony was held on the 50th floor of the Torre de Cristal, in the heart of Madrid’s financial district and current headquarters of KPMG. The winners were selected from a pool of highly qualified candidates. Cigna Healthcare was awarded for developing a machine-learning-based tool that measures people’s stress levels through their voice in just 60 seconds, addressing a problem that affects 78% of Spaniards.

Biwel Salud Empresarial was awarded for its comprehensive wellness platform, which offers a wide range of services covering more than 90 % of companies’ wellness needs.

U4IMPACT received recognition for its platform that connects companies with university talent to develop innovation, sustainability and impact projects through Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Final Projects (TFG/M). This platform benefits both companies by providing access to qualified talent, and universities by offering opportunities to their students to improve their employability and contribute to the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs.
