Industrial AI Cloud for European Manufacturers on German Soil – NVIDIA and Deutsche Telekom Pave the Way for AI Gigafactories and Rapid AI Deployment in Germany

NVIDIA and Telekom launch Europe’s first industrial AI cloud in Germany, aiming for rapid, secure, and sovereign AI deployment by 2026.
The industrial AI cloud is scheduled for implementation by 2026 at the latest. The AI factory in Germany will support industrial AI workloads for European manufacturers. It will be equipped with over 10,000 GPUs, powered by NVIDIA DGX B200 systems and RTX Pro Server GPUs, running accelerated workloads from leading software providers on NVIDIA CUDA-X, RTX and Omniverse.
Deutsche Telekom will provide its secure, sovereign and high-speed infrastructure and will be responsible for data centres, operations, sales, as well as security and AI solutions. It also ensures that European values such as data privacy and security are upheld, and that data is processed strictly according to European standards. Through this commitment, the telecommunications company helps strengthen European industry while also promoting Europe’s technological sovereignty.
Cutting-Edge Technology from NVIDIA, Secure Infrastructure from Telekom
“Europe’s technological future needs a sprint, not a stroll. We must seize the opportunities of artificial intelligence now, revolutionise our industry, and secure a leading position in the global technology race. Our economic success depends on swift decisions and collaborative innovation,” said Timotheus Höttges, CEO of Deutsche Telekom.
“In the age of AI, every manufacturer needs two factories: one to build things and one to create the intelligence that powers them,” said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. “By building Europe’s first industrial AI infrastructure, we are enabling the region’s leading industrial companies to advance simulation-driven, AI-powered manufacturing.”
