These Are The HONOR MagicBook 14 And 15 Laptops

Powered by the AMD Ryzen 5 5500U chip, its screen includes a 180-degree opening hinge and its 56 Wh battery promises 10 hours of autonomy surfing the Internet.

HONOR is releasing two new devices in Spain, the pair of HONOR MagicBook 14 and 15 laptops, which are priced at €749 and €799, respectively.

Both feature an HONOR FullView Eye Comfort display with TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and TÜV Rheinland Flicker-free certifications.

With a 180-degree hinge opening, the display can be adjusted to the angle of most interest to the user at any given time.

The computers support multi-screen collaboration. Users will be able to drag, drop and edit using the keyboard and the mouse while viewing their smartphone screen and files on the laptop.

Other highlights include the combination of the AMD Ryzen 5 5500U processor, with a maximum CPU frequency of 4.3 GHz, an integrated AMD Radeon graphics card for processing tasks such as gaming, video editing and 3D rendering, and the integration of a dual heat duct with an oversized fan.

In addition, they are built with a 56 Wh battery that promises up to 11 hours of 1080p local video playback or 10 hours of web browsing. Its 65 Wh fast technology brings the charge level to 65% in one hour.

The new MagicBooks are equipped with 8 GB of 3200 MHz dual-channel RAM. And, while the 14-inch laptop offers 256 GB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage, the 15-inch goes up to 512 GB.

Another difference between the laptops has to do with thickness and weight. MagicBook 14 is 15.9 millimetres thick and weighs 1.38 kilograms while MagicBook is 16.9 millimetres and weighs 1.54 kilograms.

Thanks to the Fn+P performance mode, HONOR enables increased productivity for heavy tasks, such as advanced design software.

The feature list is completed with WiFi 6 technology, a 2X2 MIMO dual-antenna design, dual microphone, dual symmetrical speakers and a power button with a fingerprint scanning sensor.
